Logan walked into the classroom. He was told that it was more of a homeschooling type teaching here. You had tutors, if you need them, but no teachers, and no specific classes. The tanned, fit, hot teen stood in the doorway. The room was completely empty and that made Logan chuckle and grin as he walked towards the closest table, pulled a chair out, and sat down. "I guess nobody wants to do school work. They just want to ride and hang out with the horses." he said to no one in particular. "I guess I will work on math." Logan told himself.
He leaned down to the floor and grabbed his back pack. It was heavy with text books and work books. All of the ones he would need for the year. Since the school had opened in the time most school had the second semester the students only had certain things they needed to learn, as they would have learned first semester at a normal school or somewhere else. Logan assumed that at the end of the year they would have final tests and then the school would see if they could go on to the next grade or not. That is how Logan would have done it, if this was his school.
Logan unzipped his back pack and grabbed his math text book along with a coil notebook labeled "Math" on the front. He flipped to the they were supposed to start on and he started by reading the lesson, before he answered the questions. "Someone is bound to come sometime."

Languages were such a pain, especially taking an independent Mandarin course. She sighed and shut her laptop, deciding to seek shelter from the awful sunlight inside the schoolhouse. Closing her laptop, she gathered her stuff and got up and decided to seek shelter in the classroom. As she stepped inside, she pulled her jacket on over her shoulders and sought shelter at one of the desks by the window. At first, she didn't notice Logan. She was too absorbed within her own little world of trying to get her homework caught up before the competition weekend began. She knew that Takuya would have her head if she wasn't ready to go. Homework was one of his priorities and he knew it too well. Glancing back up at the classroom, her eyes locked on the male busily working away at his math homework. She smiled and laughed quietly to herself, glad that she wasn't the only one slaving away over homework. Standing up, she decided to move over to sit closer, that playful smile still lingering on her bubblegum pink lips. Settling herself in a new chair, she opened her laptop and then glanced over at him. "Math....Kinda scares me, I'm not gonna lie," She said quietly, amusement dancing within her eyes.

Logan glanced up as a young girl walked into the class room. It didn't seem that she had tooken notice in him yet, so he just continued to do his math homework. She noticed Logan, and Logan worked away, as fast and efficiantly as he could. He really didn't want to have his homework that needed to be done looming over him. Escpecially on the weekend with a show, and the week he would start his training with Rush and his new trainer.
When the women got up and came to sit closer, Logan stopped what he was doing to face her. "Math is the only thing I am good at, althought I have to admit it does look intimidating." he returned her playful grin. "I decided to get this down now. My plan is to get all of my studying and learning done as soon as possible, so when everyone else needs to do this stuff I will be done and I can spend all my time with Rush, working on tackling the bigger competition for this summer." Logan told her. That was his plan. He wanted all this stuff done, although he didn't actually mind school work, but this was his time to rise in the horse world. With the top trainers he would be working with he needed the extra time to practice. He hoped to go and compete in the summer olympics around a year after he graduated.
"By the way my name is Logan. And you are?" Logan asked giving her a flirty smile. Even though they had just met, he liked her. She seemed playful, and like she liked to have fun.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #000000, width: 300px; height: 300px;] suppose I kept on singing love songs just to break my own fall "That's how I felt," Zara replied, gesturing to her computer screen with a laugh. "I finished my state's math credit already but I need a language credit...My mother's convinced I need to learn Mandarin but it's a pain. I just skirted by with the bare minimum credit for Math. After all, I'm going to try to get a degree that doesn't include Math. Like...I don't know. I guess I'm just going to search. Right now Psychology sounds great." She looked him over once or twice and then smiled herself, giving her ponytail another moment of attention. Zara then shrugged. "My parents want school to be my priority now so that my junior year will be free to just train and compete. I'm sixteen now, so I've got a little bit of time before they crack down on me." She let her mind wander to Louie, her newest addition and her big gray gelding. He definitely was a handful but he'd be her junior horse. Vince was in great shape, but everyone decided that she needed to make a deeper impression on a new horse, especially the single son of Impressionistic. Shaking her head at the pun, her gaze rest upon Logan. With a playful smirk, she laughed and returned to her computer. "Zara Kincaide, that one chick that rides Vince. Nice to meet you!"

Logan nodded. He understood everything what she meant. When she had said her name was Zara that was all that was running through his head. That and the fact she said she was the only when who could ride Vince. He had heard about that horse around the barn. Everyone said he was a handful, but he didn't know who rode or owned him.
It's nice to meet you too!" he said in reply. Logan turned back to his math and quickly was able to finnish what he wanted to finnish. He quietly shut the book, not wanting to disturb Zara. Logan placed his stuf back into his bag in the exact same spot he had them when he had come in.
Logan thought about what he wanted to do. He had really been wanting to take Rush out on the trails. Maybe Zara wanted to go with him. "Do you want to go on the trails?" he asked her with a winning smile. He liked her. He really did. Zara made all his senses go on high alert, and no girl had ever done that to him before. He gently but his perfect lips. So touchable, so kissable. Logan waited for her answer.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #000000, width: 300px; height: 300px;] suppose I kept on singing love songs just to break my own fall He was an interesting guy. More importantly, she could feel his eyes on her. It wasn't the type of eying that would make her uncomfortable, but the type that intrigued her. She could tell there was plenty running through his mind at the moment, and she could only offer a smile and a quiet giggle at his attitude. He was definitely the interesting sort, and hey, she'd be down for anything at this point. If it meant having a good time, she was down for it. "Yeah...So, um...Where are you from originally?" She asked, trying to make decent small talk. It wasn't her strongest point, she'd admit. So she leaned back and swept her gaze over her independent study test guide once more, deciding that it was too boring for her to want to continue. So when he suggested trail, she smiled boldly. "Yeah...Have you ever done Horse Hollow by any chance? It's the sickest trail in the world but there's a good walking stretch of rocks and insanity. Are you down?" When it came to horses, she was completely confident in herself. However, she tried to act oblivious to Logan's advances. A smile stretched across her pink lips and she looked him over, hoping she'd be the first to take him through the advanced trail.

"You bet I am! How about we meet at the trails. I can't wait to see you there." Logan said giving her a flirty grin before standing up tucking his chair in where it was originally. He left his bag at it's place while he went over to the cute girl sitting next to him. He offered Zara a hand up just to be polite and tucking in her chair when she was up. Logan picked up his bag and offered to help Zara pick up her stuff before heading off to the barn.
(Sorry it's really short, but we could end this one and move on to the trail one I made)
